Walking the path of mindfulness one breath at a time. I'm just doing my part to live a peaceful life as an Italian American Buddhist in Buffalo, NY of all places! I am a Buddhist who follows in the tradition of the Gelugpa tradition of Tibetan Buddhism and HH the 14th Dalai Lama but I enjoy teachings from all Buddhist traditions.

We are taught from an early age to love our neighbor and be giving. All too often we put others before ourselves and forget to shine the light of compassion on our own heart. We deserve our own love too!
